Omg. What a way to start the day...
I came back into the office expecting a pile of work to do and a few phone calls to make. What I wasn't really expecting, and I should have because it's usually what happens after a long weekend, is to have a pile of stuff on my desk that didn't really need to be there. Well, one of them did but he's a biyatch so that didn't help any. The other was an exchange for a very high maintenance patron that should've just gone into our exchange files.
So anyway, this biyatch states:
There has been a massive "screw-up" in our ticket order. We are regular season ticket holders and we also ordered the Curtain Call Series.
He proceeds to list the shows he should've received and the number of seats per show.
Please give us what we ordered, arrange for a credit to my credit card account and...
DON'T EVER DO THIS AGAIN!"
Well, effer, the mistakes we made are based on the mistakes you did! If your stupid ass kept track of the orders you placed, there wouldn't have been any issues. He placed an order in May and called again in Sept to place 2nd order. And none of these orders match the request he says he should've received. We have it in writing, bistard!
Unfortunately, he placed his orders over the phone so it will be a "his word against ours" deal. Ugh!
