Ugh!

One aspect of this job I dislike, when dealing with patrons, I become very negative. I hate this, I hate that. I don't like that. I pride myself in always taking things in stride, and going with the flow. But these people just bring out the worst in me.

Thankfully, it's only for a short period and after I'm fully vented, I go back to normal.
