From a subscriber's upgrade request a couple of years ago:

We would like to add Seat -- -- Series 1 to our 8 seats. It has always been occupied by ------ ------. ------ was killed by a tow truck on March 31st. We will miss him. If this is possible, please add the cost to my credit card.

We received the renewal April 27th. A little cold there, I thought. Our subscribers can be such vultures.
