i don't understand why my template wasn't loading correctly. it was bothering me so i chose to temporarily use a generic template, which is also bothering me. but i think not having a working template will drive me crazy more. oh well, you can't have everything can you?

yes, i am mental. its been proven numerous times.

my poor bubba got hurt during his hockey game today. he busted his knee and i think he hurt it pretty bad. gonna try to get it checked tomorrow. i wanted him to go to the e.r. tonight, but he didn't want to. i hope its not serious.

do you know i've never been seriously injured? its a good thing, don't get me wrong. its just funny how other people have broken a limb, had a concussion and other injuries, while the worst that has happened to me is falling off a bike and gashing an elbow, a knee and a foot. yes, shocker, all at once. that was in 5th grade. oh waitaminute, i sliced my thumb cleaning the (meat) slicer when i worked at arby's. and i burned my arm on the fry station's heat lamp.

but, like i said, nothing serious. and i can go on and on about my screw ups working there.

as i've stated earlier, i finally did my laundry. its been a month since i last did it, right before the tahoe trip. sad, eh? i hate, hate, HATE doing the laundry. i'll scrub the floor, do the dishes (my favorite chore, i've developed a pretty good system), fix the bed every morning, spit shine the silverware... but the laundry? hate it with a fiery passion.

people are always surprised why. i know you just toss it in the washer or dryer and wait until its done, so there's really not that much work to it. maybe it's the folding and putting away part, i dunno? i just really. don't. like. it.

and i don't like using community laundry, which is what we have. key word, community. community = strange people =, well, you know. but i try not to think about it, or else i'll end up never doing my laundry. hehe. sad ain't it?

watching kings of the dance this friday with the girlies. nothing like a bunch of pretty little men prancing around in tights after happy hour. give me a holler if you want to watch it. jay? cicely? belle? its classical-type ballet. ethan steifel from center stage is performing.

yay! we're on for alvin ailey! thursday next week!
