i'm re-reading a book. i think its time to borrow from friends or my sister.
so the sport chalet window shopping didn't turn out the way i planned. mainly 'coz i ended up buying a jacket. you'll see pictures after the mammoth trip. ::grin::
spent the weekend bummin' it again. pretty much slept half of the day. we were going to run errands and maybe see a movie, but the rain kinda put us off doing much outdoors. we did stop by target to pick up toiletries. or in my case, food stash for work. the whole staying in was still productive in that i was able to upload more of my cds into my tina (laptop) and from him into my iPod. (yes, him. my laptop's a he.) and i finally managed to put pictures in my new toy. after almost 2 weeks of trying to figure out how. hehe. i guess i'm not as tech savvy as i thought i was.
speaking of movies (hehe), we did see phantom of the opera, with my sister in tow. it wasn't as awe-inspiring as i thought it would be. i liked it. the music was spectacular and the costumes and settings were awesome. don't get me wrong, but it just didn't have that... spark. i dunno. i hope i don't ruin it for anyone. go watch it anyway. its not a waste of money. in my opinion. my sister might say otherwise. (it didn't help that the guy next to her was singing along.)
frick, man! elmer got us a bucket of almond rocha for christmas. its staring me in the face right now. no! i'm not caving. no candy for the rest of the night. (already ate 2 packets of fruit by the foot in the last half hour.) goodness, i have no self-control at all. bad, bad me!
but that's something we're working on this year. so there.
